| Biography:
Jean L'Homme is a partner in Proskauer Rose’s Corporate Department, resident in the Paris office. His practice focuses on corporate finance, specifically on financial services and infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships.
Jean has extensive experience providing advice to financial institutions including banks, investment services providers and funds, in the wide range of regulatory issues relative to their businesses including, but not limited to licensing, compliance and regulatory investigations.
In France and Northern Africa, Jean acts for major construction companies, utility companies, banks and monoline insurance companies in connection with infrastructure projects related to toll roads, tramways, rail infrastructure, ports, telecommunications, waste and water treatment, hospitals and prisons.
As regular participant in industry events, Jean has recently presented at a Legal Round Table Event on Markets in Financial Instruments Directive. He has also authored the following articles:

Jean is a member of the Paris Bar, and received his law degree from Paris II University.
