Nicholas Vasquez is an associate in Proskauer Rose's London office. He has experience on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, AIM admissions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructuring and establishment of investment funds.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Nick was at a UK top-30 law firm where he was a member of a new corporate department.

Nick is a graduate of Oxford University and BPP Law School. He is originally from Gibraltar and is fluent in Spanish.
