Andrew Fagenholz is an associate in the Corporate Department.
Andrew has a general corporate practice with emphasis on representing private equity funds and managers in capital formation and investments. He also represents institutional investors with respect to investments in private equity funds.
Prior to joining Proskauer Rose, Andrew practiced with Cleary Gottlieb in New York, where he represented private equity funds and managers in capital formation and investments, and underwriters in securities offerings. Before his association with Cleary Gottlieb, he practiced in the litigation and administrative law departments of a large Boston law firm.
Andrew received his B.A. with honors in geosciences from Williams College in 1998, and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2004. At Penn Law, he served as an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Economic Law.
