| Biography:
Maïté Lavrilleux is an associate in Proskauer Rose LLP's Paris Office, where she is a member of the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Team focusing on transactional work. Maïté advises clients in connection with leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts, public and private mergers and acquisitions, early and late stage private equity investments and secondary transactions.
Maïté has extensive experience with transactional work in general corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. She regularly handles structuring and negotiating the transaction, advising on corporate governance matters and all regulatory filings.
In addition, Maïté has broad experience in restructuring and insolvency matters where she represents a wide variety of debtors, creditors and entities interested in acquiring or investing in distressed companies.
