Timothy Moriarty is an associate in Proskauer Rose’s Labor and Employment Law Department, where he specializes in employee benefits litigation. Timothy has represented employee benefit plans, fiduciaries, employers, and professional advisors to plans in both individual and class action lawsuits alleging violations of ERISA's fiduciary duty and prohibited transaction provisions; termination of retiree benefits; individual claims for benefits; ERISA preemption of state law claims; and employer contributions to multiemployer funds.

Timothy graduated from Trinity College and earned his law degree magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Moriarty is admitted to the Bar in New York and New Jersey.
