| Biography:
Tim Drake is Senior Counsel in the London office of Proskauer Rose. Tim has over 20 years experience in the law, and has principally worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer on a wide variety of transactions, including:
- BCCI liquidation;
- Restructurings of Isosceles (now Gateway)
- IPO of Future Network plc
- Formation of DFJ/Esprit
Tim has experience not only in M&A deals, but also in capital markets, banking, insolvency and private equity (both funds and investments). He has worked in private practice with Lovells (including periods in the Cayman Islands and New York), SJ Berwin and O'Melveny & Myers and in-house as Deputy General Counsel with Environmental Resources Management, a global environmental consultancy group.
Tim is a graduate of Oxford University, England.
