Maria M. Rabassa is an associate in Proskauer Rose LLP’s Real Estate Department in Los Angeles.

Maria represents commercial banks, life insurance companies, pension funds and other commercial lenders with respect to real estate secured lending activities in California and other states. This representation includes activities such as land acquisition, construction (residential and commercial) and permanent, term, revolving, and workout financing. Maria also represents institutional clients in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale documents and financing documents.

Prior to joining the Firm, Maria was an associate at Mayer Brown in Los Angeles. She received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and her law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley.
