| Biography:
Albert C. Valencia is an associate in Proskauer Rose LLP’s Real Estate Department in Los Angeles, and is a member of the Real Estate Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Philippine American Bar Association.
Albert represents commercial banks, private equity fund investors, and pension fund investors in structured finance transactions, mezzanine lending, construction lending, leasing, and purchase and sale transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Albert was an associate at Mayer Brown in Los Angeles. He received his B.A. from the University of California, at Berkeley with a double major in Economics and Rhetoric. Prior to attending law school, Albert worked as a business consultant for Arthur Andersen LLP and Deloitte Consulting, and started two companies. Albert received his J.D. with a concentration in Business Law and Policy from UCLA School of Law where he was a regional quarterfinalist on the Moot Court National Team, Managing Editor for the Asian Pacific American Law Journal, and a board member for the Asian Pacific Islander Law Student Association.
