| Biography:
Jeremy Moehlmann is an associate in Proskauer Rose LLP’s Corporate Department in Los Angeles.
Jeremy’s practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general securities and corporate matters.
Jeremy also spends time writing music reviews for Filter Magazine.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jeremy received his B.A. cum laude from the University of Southern California, and his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles. While attending law school he was the Managing Editor and Articles Editor for the Entertainment Law Review, and served as the Vice President of the Entertainment Law Association.
