Matthew Jill is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity Group at Proskauer Rose LLP resident in our Boston office.
Matthew has a general corporate practice with a particular emphasis on representing private equity funds and managers in capital formation and investments. He also represents institutional investors with respect to investments in private equity funds.
Matthew received his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2007, serving as an Editor of the Roger Williams University Law Review and graduating with honors as the Valedictorian of his class. He was a recipient of the Ralph R. Papitto full tuition scholarship, the Gary L. Bahr Memorial Scholarship and was a recipient of the Feinstein Institute Public Service Award. He also holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
