David A. Soffer is an associate in Proskauer Rose LLP’s Corporate Department in Los Angeles. David’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.

Prior to joining the Firm, David worked as a litigation associate at Jones Day. David received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley with a major in psychology, where he graduated with distinction. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Psi Chi, The National Psychology Honor Society. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law in 2005. David is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
