| Biography:
Olivier Dumas is a partner in Proskauer’s Paris Office where he specializes in the legal and taxation aspects of capital-investment transactions, including fund formation, investment fund arrangements and associated investment and disinvestment transactions. Oliver also has extensive experience practicing in both legal and judicial aspects of general Business Law.
Olivier is a member of the French Private Equity Association (AFIC), the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (EVCA), and the International Bar Association (IBA). He was elected a member of AFIC’s Code of Ethics Committee from 2002 to 2006 and is a member of its FCPI-FIP and Training Committees.
Olivier holds a Masters Degree in Economic law from the University of Paris IX Dauphine and was called to the Paris Bar in 1994.
