Britta Hyllengren is an associate in the Corporate Department.  She has a general corporate practice with a particular emphasis on junior capital.

Prior to joining Proskauer Rose, Britta was an associate with Day Berry Howard and represented clients in connection with capital market transactions.

Britta received her B.A., cum laude, in finance and theology  from the University of Notre Dame in 1999.  She received her J.D. from Suffolk University in 2004, and her M.B.A., cum laude, from Suffolk University in 2004.  At Suffolk, Britta served as staff member of the Suffolk Law Review.

Britta was admitted to the bar in Massachusetts in 2004.
