| Biography:
Andrew Kendall is an associate in the Real Estate department of Proskauer Rose's Los Angeles office. Andrew has experience drafting loan agreements, mortgages, estoppels, legal opinion letters, leases and purchase agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was an associate in the Real Estate department of Pircher, Nichols and Meeks. Prior to Pircher, he served as human rights advocate at Moscow Helsinki Group.
Andrew received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2003 and his B.A. cum laude from Claremont McKenna College in 2000.
