| Biography:
Chris Kerezsi is an associate in the Corporate Department of Proskauer Rose LLP’s Los Angeles office. Recently recognized in the 2008 edition of Super Lawyers magazine's Southern California Rising Stars, Mr. Kerezsi specializes in corporate finance, private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions, with experience representing:
- purchasers and financial advisors in public and private merger and acquisition transactions;
- underwriters in public and private debt offerings, convertible securities offerings, primary and secondary equity offerings and hybrid securities offerings; and
- public and private clients with respect to various corporate and securities law matters.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Mr. Kerezsi was an associate with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in its Los Angeles office from October 2000 to March 2005.
