Mark A. Landis is an associate in the Corporate Department of the Boston office of Proskauer Rose LLP.

Mr. Landis has experience in general corporate practice with a particular emphasis on transactions, including early-and late-stage private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions. In the past he has served as counsel to numerous companies assisting with their debt and equity financings, corporate governance and regulatory oversight.

Mr. Landis received his B.A., magna cum laude, in Business from Bethel College in 1994. In 2003, he received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude.

Mr. Landis is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts (2003).
