Colin Cabral is an associate in the Patent Law and Intellectual Property Practice Groups at Proskauer Rose LLP. Mr. Cabral's practice focuses on patent litigation.

He has extensive experience representing brand name pharmaceutical companies in ANDA-based litigation. He has worked with a broad range of technologies including e-commerce software platforms, expectorants, and the world's leading treatments for migraine headaches and Alzheimer’s Disease.

Mr. Cabral received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School and his B.S. in chemical engineering from Columbia University.

Mr. Cabral is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.
