Karen Hodys is an associate in the Corporate Department of Proskauer Rose LLP. She has a general corporate practice with an emphasis on private venture capital investment transactions, junior capital transactions, and private equity fund formations.

Prior to starting her legal career, Ms. Hodys was an analyst in the Chicago office of a global management consulting firm where she assisted companies in various industries develop and implement growth strategies.

Ms. Hodys received her B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2000 and her J.D. and M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University in 2006. During law school, she interned with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and the Ohio Attorney General and was a member of the National Moot Court Team.

Ms. Hodys is a member of the Bar in Massachusetts.
