| Biography:
Sara J. Van Dyke is an Associate Proskauer Rose's New York office where she practices in the area of employee benefits/executive compensation, tax and ERISA. Her practice concentrates on employee benefits issues related to mergers and acquisitions and lending transactions; executive employment, equity and separation agreements and negotiations; ERISA issues in private equity and hedge fund formation and pension investments; and maintenance of qualified plans.
Recent matters Sara has worked on include:
- 24/7 Real Media in its $649 million acquisition by WPP
- Pitney Bowes Inc. in its $408 million acquisition of MapInfo Corporation
- Sharon Tube in its acquisition by the Carlyle Group
- Representing several CEO's in going-private and private-equity transactions
Sara is a member of both the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American Bar Association. She graduated with a B.A. from the University of Kansas in 1991, and earned her J.D. from Yale Law School in 1999.
