Gregg Ramer is an associate in Proskauer Rose LLP’s Corporate Department in Los Angeles, practicing primarily in the area of entertainment transactions, including film, television and new media financing, production and distribution.

Gregg is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, is an active member of the American Jewish Committee, and a member of the Syllabus Committee for the USC Entertainment Law and Business Institute.

Gregg received his B.A. from the University of Southern California, with a major in philosophy. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2005, and during law school was a legal extern for the Honorable Manuel L. Real (Central District of California), the Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation, and the Writers Guild of America, west. Prior to joining the Firm, Gregg was in-house counsel for the Directors Guild of America, Inc.
