David Gross is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Proskauer Rose LLP in Los Angeles.
He received his B.A. in Government and History from Cornell University, and his J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law, where he served on Staff then as Executive Editor of the Southern California Law Review.
During law school, David interned at the National Labor Relations Board (Region 21) as an Acting Board Agent, and in the Labor Relations division of Warner Bros. Television Productions.
