Ali Langlais is an associate in the Corporate Department at Proskauer Rose LLP Boston office.

Ali has a general corporate practice with a particular emphasis on representing private equity funds and managers in capital formation and investments. She also represents institutional investors with respect to investments in private equity funds.

Ali received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2007. While in law school, Ali was a judicial intern for the Honorable Joyce London Alexander, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Massachusetts. In addition, Ali interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts. She received a B.A. in government, cum laude, from Hamilton College in 2002.
