Camille Higonnet is an associate in the Corporate Department at Proskauer Rose LLP. She has a general corporate practice with an emphasis on representing private equity funds and managers in capital formation and investments. In addition to representing general partners in the formation and maintenance of private equity funds and funds-of-funds, she advises institutional investors with respect to their investments in funds.

Camille received her B.A. from Brown University in 2001, magna cum laude. After spending a year in Germany on a Fulbright Grant, she attended Cornell University, where she received an M.A. in Comparative Literature in 2004 before attending The George Washington University Law School. She is a native speaker of French and is fluent in German.

Camille is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
