Andrew C. Day is an associate in the Tax Department at Proskauer Rose LLP Boston office.
Andrew has a general practice in domestic and international tax planning for corporate and partnership transactions, with a focus on tax and economic issues associated with the formation of, and investments in, U.S. and non-U.S. venture capital funds, buyout funds, funds-of-funds, secondary funds, and other investment partnerships.
Andrew received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law School in 2007. While in law school, he was a judicial intern for the Honorable Bruce M. Selya of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. In 2000, he received his M.Ed. from the Boston College Lynch Graduate School of Education. He received his B.A. from Boston College in 1998.
Andrew is admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts (2007).
