Gina Lombardo is an associate in the Patent Law and Intellectual Property Practice Groups at Proskauer Rose LLP.

Ms. Lombardo's practice concentrates on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, through litigation and alternative methods of dispute resolution. Her recent experience includes participating in the defense of a generic pharmaceutical manufacturer against allegations of patent infringement.

Prior to law school, Ms. Lombardo had a fifteen-year career providing strategy and technology consulting services to Fortune 500 and start-up companies in the U.S., Asia/Pacific, Latin America and Central Europe.

Ms. Lombardo received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2005 and her B.S. in industrial engineering, summa cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island in 1986.

Ms. Lombardo is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association.
