Biography:

Jennifer Zakin is an associate in Proskauer’s Personal Planning Department. Her practice is dedicated exclusively to the areas of wills, trusts and estates, including estate planning, asset protection and probate and trust administration. Jennifer counsels a wide range of moderate to high net worth individuals and families on estate planning and other family wealth transfer issues, assisting in the creation of suitable plans and techniques to maximize and protect the transfer of wealth to each subsequent generation, and also advises individual and professional fiduciaries in probate and testamentary legal and tax-related issues.

Jennifer received her J.D. from Shepard Broad Law Center, Nova Southeastern University and her LL.M. in taxation from University of Miami School of Law.
