| Biography:
Marie-Josée is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of Proskauer Rose’s Los Angeles office. In her entertainment practice, Marie-Josée represents recording and management companies in disputes involving contracts, employment, royalties, copyright, management and licensing.
In 2006, Marie-Josée's fluency in French gave her the opportunity to split her time between the New York and Los Angeles offices, working on a complex litigation for a French client of the firm.
Before attending the University of Southern California Law School, Marie-Josée graduated with an LL.B. from the University of Montreal and practiced civil and commercial litigation for two years at the Canadian-based law firm of Gowling Lafleur Henderson in Montreal.
During law school, Marie-Josée contributed to the team effort that earned a leading place at the Laskin Moot Court competition in Canadian administrative and constitutional law.
