| Biography:
François Muller is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Department and is resident in the Paris office of Proskauer Rose LLP.
François deals with litigation and dispute resolution in building contracts
for construction companies, or for the owner or the architect. This practice
concerns claims, expertise, and court proceedings and pleadings. He also handles
drafting contracts in these areas.
François practices in the area of public law as well, including public
procurements, and also concessions and public land matters. He also has experience
in real estate and urban planning.
François teaches disputes in public work contracts as a guest professional
in Public Litigation Law at Pantheon-Sorbonne University.
François is a 1995 graduate in Private Law of Assas University Paris,
and 1996 post-graduate in Public Litigation of Sorbonne University Paris.
