Louis des Cars is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and is resident in the Paris office of Proskauer Rose LLP.

Louis works on cases involving public procurement contracts, including hospitals, infrastructures and telecommunication equipment, and private building operations. He also works on privatization of state owned enterprises and has experience in summary proceedings to review the procedures for the award of public contracts. In addition, Louis has worked on contractual procedures of dispute resolution.

He is a 1996 graduate of the Universite Paris II.
