| Biography:
Guillaume Kellner is a partner in the Corporate Department and is resident
in the Paris office of Proskauer Rose LLP.
Mr. Kellner concentrates on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and securities
law. He has represented a number of Europe's leading companies in transactional
matters.
He holds a Masters of Business Law and DES-DCJE of European Law from Strasbourg
University.
