| Biography:
Philippe Goossens is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department
and is resident in the Paris office of Proskauer Rose LLP. He is a member of
the Criminal Defense, Securities Enforcement and Corporate Investigations Practice
Group as well as the Bankruptcy Litigation Practice Group.
Philippe concentrates his practice on white collar criminal affairs and complex
litigation. He also represents major construction companies, statutory auditors
and advises on criminal aspects of economic laws. Philippe represented the defense
in the Elf case, one of the most important white collar criminal cases
in France. He also represented the defense in the Banque Pallas Stern
case, which was the most significant bankruptcy case in France.
Philippe is a member of the French Bar. He holds a Masters of Business Law
and a Masters in Judicial Careers from Paris University.
