| Biography:
Ron Palmese is an associate in the Corporate Department in the Firm’s New York office. Mr. Palmese’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, general securities and corporate matters and corporate finance.
Ron is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the St. John’s Law Review, and Georgetown University, where he graduated cum laude with degrees in Finance and International Business.
Mr. Palmese’s professional associations include the New York City Bar Association and the Sports Lawyers Association.
