Jennifer D. Antolini is an associate in the Firm's Corporate Department and a member of its Private Equity Group. Ms. Antolini has a general corporate practice with a particular emphasis on representing private equity funds in the fund formation and capital-raising process, as well as providing ongoing advice on fund-related matters. Ms. Antolini also represents institutional investors with respect to investments in private equity funds.

Prior to joining Proskauer Rose, Ms. Antolini was a private equity associate at The Blackstone Group, where she was involved in investor relations as well as raising capital for that firm's private investment funds. Ms. Antolini worked with limited partners during the fund formation process and throughout the life of the various Blackstone funds' activities. Prior to joining Blackstone, Ms. Antolini practiced corporate law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she represented sponsors of private equity and other similar funds in the fund formation process. Ms. Antolini also worked on mergers and acquisitions transactions involving public and private companies and represented financial investors in private equity transactions.

Ms. Antolini earned a JD, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, and a BSBA, cum laude, also from Georgetown University.

Ms. Antolini is admitted to the Bar in New York.
