Biography:

Keri L. Reid is an associate in Proskauer Rose’s Labor and Employment Department.  As a member of the Complex Employment Litigation/Class Actions/Wage & Hour Litigation practice group, Keri has experience with cases ranging from single-plaintiff lawsuits to complex class actions.  Keri represents management in a wide variety of employment-related disputes, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation lawsuits brought in state and federal courts and administrative charges filed with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and analogous state agencies.  She is also involved in training and counseling employers regarding anti-discrimination and anti-harassment procedures, personnel policies, employee discipline, and terminations.  Finally, Keri has experience with traditional labor matters and litigation involving non-compete agreements and other post-employment restraints.

Keri received her B.A., with high honors, in Political Science and Journalism from Douglass College, the women’s college of Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.  She received her J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law.  In her third year at Seton Hall, Keri served as the Seton Hall Law Review’s Executive Editor, with responsibility for all articles selected and published that year.  She also headed the school’s Women’s Law Forum, for which she received the National Association of Women Lawyers’ Outstanding Law Student Award upon graduation.

Keri is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and New York, and is admitted to practice in all local federal district courts.  She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Essex County Bar Association.
