| Biography:
Kevin Pflug is an associate in Proskauer Rose’s Labor and Employment Department, where he focuses on ERISA litigation. Kevin represents plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and employee benefit plans in class action lawsuits and suits brought by individual plaintiffs. Kevin has defended claims arising under ERISA’s fiduciary duty, prohibited transaction, and anti-cutback provisions, as well as claims for benefits. In addition, Kevin has defended claims involving non-qualified and executive compensation plans.
Kevin also represents employers in employment litigation matters such as claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. He has also represented management in labor arbitrations.
Kevin received his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law and received a B.B.A. in finance from Loyola College in Maryland.
