| Biography:
Naseem Sagati is an associate in the Corporate Department of Proskauer Rose’s Los Angeles office.
Naseem’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets and general securities and corporate matters.
Naseem received her law degree from the University of Southern California Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of California - Berkeley.
Naseem also serves as a co-chair of the Monarch Group, an extension of the non-profit organization, Chrysalis.
