| Biography:
Allen Loeb is an Associate in the Real Estate department of Proskauer Rose’s Los Angeles office. He has participated in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including senior and mezzanine loan origination and modifications, as well as office leasing. Allen was a summer associate at Proskauer in 2005.
In the summer of 2004, he was an extern with the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit. Prior to embarking on a legal career, Allen worked in advertising as an assistant account executive at a New York City-based advertising agency.
Allen received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2006 with a specialization in corporate law. Allen graduated cum laude from Duke University in 2002 with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Visual Arts.
