Nicole J.E. Brennig is an associate in Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity Group at Proskauer Rose LLP. Ms. Brennig has a general corporate practice with a particular emphasis on representing private equity funds and managers in capital formation and investments. Ms. Brennig also represents institutional investors with respect to investments in private equity funds.

Ms. Brennig received her B.A., with honors, from Concordia University, in 1999 and her J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in 2004.

Ms. Brennig is admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts (2004).
