| Biography:
Sascha A. Rosebush is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member
of the Private Investment Funds Group at Proskauer Rose LLP.
Ms. Rosebush’s practice has an emphasis on representing private equity clients in the formation and capital raising process, as well as providing on-going advice on fund-related matters. Ms. Rosebush also frequently represents institutional investors in their investments in private equity funds.
Prior to joining Proskauer Rose, Ms. Rosebush spent three years practicing at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP where, in addition to her private equity practice, she represented public and private growth-oriented companies, including participation in corporate representation in private placements of equity securities, securities law compliance and reporting and general corporate maintenance.
Ms. Rosebush was also an integral part of the Proskauer Rose team that wrote the United States section of Private Equity Fund Structures in Europe, published by the European Venture Capital Association, January 2006 (with David Tegeler, Mary Kuusisto and Jamiel Poindexter).
Ms. Rosebush received her J.D. from Northeastern University in 2000 and her
B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston University in 1997. She was also a law clerk
to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts from 2000-2001.
Ms. Rosebush was selected as a “Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star” in 2007.
Ms. Rosebush is admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts (2001).
