| Biography:
Brenton A. Pharis is an associate in the Corporate department of Proskauer Rose’s Los Angeles office.
Mr. Pharis's practice includes corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general securities and corporate matters, covering a broad array of industries.
Prior to joining Proskauer Rose, Mr. Pharis was an associate in the Century City office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
Mr. Pharis received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in 2002 and was a member of the Texas Law Review. He graduated from the University of Texas – Austin in 1996 with a B.B.A. in Finance.
