| Biography:
Bill Brady is an associate in the Corporate Group at Proskauer Rose LLP and
is a member of the firm's Mezzanine Finance Group, which represents a large
array of subordinated lenders, mezzanine funds, senior lenders and issuers in
a variety of transactions, including recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions,
private equity and going private transactions and other restructurings. Bill's
practice focuses on financing transactions that include both debt and equity
components. In addition, he has counseled private companies in mergers and acquisitions,
asset purchases and general corporate matters. Mr. Brady has also represented
creditors in defending against preference actions asserted against them by bankrupt
estates.
Mr. Brady received his B.A. in political science from Eckerd College in 1997,
where he was a member of the varsity baseball team. He received his J.D. from
Northeastern University School of Law in 2001, where his three-member moot court
team placed first in the Northeast Region of the 2000 ABA National Appellate
Advocacy Competition. While in law school, Mr. Brady studied international business
law at the Barcelona and London programs of the University of San Diego School
of Law. Mr. Brady is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
