| Biography:
Gary Creem is an associate in the Corporate Department at Proskauer Rose LLP. As a member of the Finance Group, Gary focuses on financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, going-private transactions, growth capital, cash flow and asset-based financings, cross-border financings, and restructurings and workouts.
Gary concentrates his practice on representing traditional and non-traditional lenders in connection with junior capital financings, including mezzanine loans, second lien financings, unitranche and last-out transactions, holdco note purchases, and other junior capital-related securities. As part of his practice, Gary regularly negotiates intercreditor agreements and other complex interlender arrangements.
Gary was selected as a "Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star" in 2007.
Gary received his B.A., with concentrations in history and political science, from Tufts University in 1992. He received his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1998. Mr. Creem is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
