| Biography:
Nici Eichberger focuses her practice on ERISA litigation and labor and employment
law. She is EOLP Liaison to the American Bar Association for the Labor &
Employment Section's Employee Benefits Committee and co-Chair of the ABA's Labor
& Employment Section's Employee Benefits Committee Mentoring Subcommittee
and a member of the ABA's Labor & Employment Section's Employee Benefits
Committee Fiduciary Subcommittee. She is a member of the Southwest Benefits
Association, the Federal Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association.
She is also co-Chair of the Sponsorship and Fundraising Committee of the Louisiana
March of Dimes and board member of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of New Orleans.
Ms. Eichberger is the author of numerous speeches and articles, including serving
as a contributor to the ABA's Labor & Employment Section's Employee Benefits
Committee's newsletter. While in law school, she served as a research assistant,
legal assistant, student law clerk, law librarian and court runner for various
professors and attorneys.
Ms. Eichberger received her J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in 2002.
She received her B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1997.
