| Biography:
Heather Magier is experienced in all aspects of labor and employment law, including
defense of individual claims and class actions under ERISA, employee benefit
plan advice, employment discrimination claims, and union election challenges.
She was a contributing author to Employee Benefits Law, published in
1991 by the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section, and
to its second edition, published in 2000.
Ms. Magier received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. She received
her A.B., magna cum laude, from Brown University. Ms. Magier is active in the
Brown Alumni Schools Committee, and has received Gem Awards for her service
as BASC Area Co-Chair for the past four years.
