Biography:

Travis Brennan is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and is resident in the Los Angeles office of Proskauer Rose LLP. Travis’s practice is focused on litigation and quasi-litigation matters, including white collar criminal defense and special investigations, securities and accounting fraud cases, and general commercial litigation.

Travis has represented corporate officers, accountants and other individuals in connection with investigations and other proceedings by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the New York Stock Exchange and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. He also has experience representing entertainers, recording artists, non-profit organizations, and a variety of business entities in intellectual property and commercial disputes. Travis enjoys devoting time to pro bono work, educating Los Angeles middle school students about the U.S. Constitution and the importance of participation in civic life through the Constitutional Rights Foundation.

Travis received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Casebook Editor for the Moot Court Board. He earned a B.A. in Business-Economics and graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles.
