| Biography:
Brad Shron is an associate in Proskauer's Corporate Department. He is a general corporate lawyer and represents clients in connection with corporate finance and capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. In addition, as a member of the Firm’s Sports Group, Brad represents professional sports leagues, teams and related institutions, including the National Basketball Association, Major League Soccer, the New York Jets, the New Jersey Devils, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Nationals, on a range of corporate matters.
Brad received a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2005.
