| Biography:
Jaimi Gaffe is an associate in the Health Care Department in the New York office of Proskauer Rose LLP.
Ms. Gaffe has experience with health care transactional matters and regulatory compliance issues. Her practice includes not-for-profit corporate governance, fraud and abuse, and health care-related litigation. She also has participated in an internal investigation regarding the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Ms. Gaffe received her J.D. from New York University in 2005. While in law school, Ms. Gaffe served as staff editor from 2003-2004 for the New York University Review of Law and Social Change and as editor-in-chief from 2004-2005. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Brown University in 2002.
Ms. Gaffe is admitted to the Bar in New York.
