| Biography:
Kimberly A. Mottley is an associate in the Patent Law and Intellectual Property
Practice Groups at Proskauer Rose LLP. Ms. Mottley received her B.A., summa
cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Richmond in 1998, and her
J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Washington & Lee University
School of Law in 2001.
Ms. Mottley's practice concentrates on intellectual property litigation. Ms.
Mottley's prior experience includes a wide variety of litigation, including
complex patent litigation and licensing disputes, securities litigation, contract
litigation, employment litigation and product liability litigation. Ms. Mottley has represented clients
in patent and license disputes involving nanotechnology, encryption and computer
security software, reliable transmission of digital signals, high-density plasma
cutting torches, dermatological lasers, and techniques for use in the semiconductor
industry.
Ms. Mottley is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
