| Biography:
Erica is an associate in Proskauer Rose LLP's Labor and Employment Law Department,
specializing in immigration law. Erica's practice includes obtaining employment-based
immigrant and non-immigrant visas for professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological,
financial, aviation, retail, scientific, educational and computer fields; providing
advice concerning immigration and employment governmental regulations, policy
and practice compliance; and assisting with consular processing.
Erica
graduated from St. John's University and she earned her law degree from New York
Law School. While in law school, Erica participated in the prestigious Summer
Law Internship Honors Program of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, where
she was responsible for researching, writing and analyzing legal issues for the
General Counsel's enforcement and employment sanctions divisions.
Erica
is a member of the American Bar Association, Asian American Bar Association of
New York and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is admitted to
practice in New York and is fluent in several South Asian dialects including Hindi,
Punjabi and Urdu.
