Biography:

Michael S. Lazaroff is a senior counsel in the litigation department of Proskauer Rose LLP, the deputy chair of its antitrust practice group, and a member of its white-collar criminal defense practice group.

Michael's practice includes both private and governmental antitrust litigation, antitrust counseling and representing corporations and individuals in both civil and criminal government investigations. He has represented clients in numerous industries including the pharmaceutical, medical device, artificial teeth, waste, securities and airline industries. He also has extensive experience in complex litigation, including governmental actions as well as multidistrict actions and class actions in many different areas of substantive law. He is a member of the American Bar Association's Antitrust Section and a number of its committees.

Michael received his J.D. from Stanford Law School with distinction in 1995 and his A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard University in 1989. While in law school, he served as the senior articles and submissions editor on the Stanford Journal of International Law.
